Do I need any gym experience to work with you?
No. I coach complete beginners through to experienced lifters. I’ll meet you where you are and build from there.
Is this coaching suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. My 1-2-1 Coaching is designed to guide you step by step, even if you’ve never been in a gym before. The other plans are more self-guided and best if you’re already comfortable training on your own.
How much support do I get from you each week?
Weekly check-ins, form feedback and messaging support are included in the 1-2-1 Coaching plan only. The other plans are training programs without ongoing coaching support.
Do you offer nutrition guidance as well as training?
Nutrition support is included in the 1-2-1 Coaching plan. Bodybuilding and Powerlifting Plans come with access permitted to advanced meal planners. Speedy Sessions and Beginner Programmes include basic meal planning only.
What equipment or gym access do I need?
For all plans, you'll need access to a commercial gym with standard equipment. I can only give form and equipment guidance to 1-2-1 Coaching clients, not for standalone plans.
How long will it take to see results?
Most people start to feel and see changes within 3 months if they follow the plan, but real physique changes come from staying consistent over months.
Can I pause or cancel my coaching?
I don’t offer pauses, but you’re always in control of renewals. You can cancel future payments yourself any time before your next billing date. Please cancel any plans at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.
What is your refund policy?
I don’t offer refunds. This is because clients get instant access to plans and resources as explained in the Terms and Conditions.
What happens after I sign up?
If you sign up for coaching, you’ll receive a PAR-Q form to complete and instant app access via email. I will work with you to tailor a plan based on your goals. Clients who buy pre-set plans get immediate access to all materials.
